Women's Circles:
The Lover Girls CIRCLE is women's sanctuary for self-love, soul -care and nervous system healing. It is a sacred gathering for women to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves. Each circle weaves together guided meditation, journalling prompts, and open sharing, creating a safe space to be seen and held by other women, whether on a personal healing journey or simply seeking connection with other women. Using R&B and Neo soul music to soften into the space, The Lover Girls Circle underpins self-love, sisterhood and soul-care.
Community Sound Baths:
Immerse yourself in a restorative sound journey with crystal bowls, gongs and chimes. The Love Bath invites you to release stress, set heartfelt intentions and enter a state of balance and clarity. Through the vibrations of sound, you'll enter a deeply meditative state that supports emotional release, inner harmony and renewal.
