Women's Circles:
The Lover Girls CIRCLE is women's sanctuary for self-love, soul -care and nervous system healing. It is a sacred gathering for women to feel held, be seen in their vulnerability, pause, reflect, share their stories and reconnect with themselves.
Each circle weaves together guided meditation, journalling prompts, and open sharing, creating a safe space to be seen and held by other women, whether on a personal healing journey or simply seeking connection with other women. Using R&B and Neo soul music to soften into the space, The Lover Girls Circle underpins self-love, sisterhood and soul-care.
Community Group Sound Baths:
Immerse yourself in a restorative sound journey with crystal bowls, gongs and chimes. Our Sound Bath invites you to release stress, set heartfelt intentions and enter a state of balance and clarity. Through the vibrations of sound, you'll enter a deeply meditative state that supports emotional release, inner harmony and renewal.
